Footprints Worldwide Travel Representations Pvt. Ltd. has been appointed as the exclusive India representative for MICE 360, while Benchmark Travel Representations Pvt. Ltd. has been appointed as the exclusive India representative for Southern Africa 360 Luxury Holidays and Southern Africa 360 Exclusive Tours.

These appointments form a key part of Southern Africa 360’s long-term strategy to deepen engagement with India’s outbound travel sector, enhance trade support, and provide faster, more accessible on-ground assistance to agents across the country.

Footprints Worldwide to Represent MICE 360

Southern Africa 360 has signed a Marketing C Representation Agreement with Footprints Worldwide to represent MICE 360, the group’s Meetings, Incentives, Conferences C Events division. The representation will be led by Ms. Mamta Pall, who will oversee national sales outreach, trade presentations, participation in major industry events, and coordination with the MICE 360 operations team in Southern Africa.

MICE 360 specialises in tailor-made incentive programmes, corporate meetings, conferences, and group travel solutions across Southern Africa, supported by a strong supplier network across the region.

Benchmark Travel Representations to Represent Southern Africa 360 Luxury Holidays’ Exclusive Tours

Southern Africa 360 has also appointed Benchmark Travel Representations Pvt. Ltd. as its exclusive India representative for Southern Africa 360 Luxury Holidays and Southern Africa 360 Exclusive Tours. The representation will be led by Mr. Savio Pereira, who will drive national sales, trade engagement, and business development for both divisions.

To strengthen operational efficiency and ensure seamless support for the Indian trade, Ms. Madhuri Tandlekar has been promoted to Country Head – Southern Africa 360 Luxury Holidays’ Exclusive Tours. In this expanded role, she will manage Southern Africa 360’s in-country operations team and work closely with Benchmark’s sales force. Madhuri will oversee itinerary support, product training, agent servicing, and day-to-day coordination, ensuring that Benchmark’s sales efforts are backed by strong operational delivery and rapid turnaround times.

Benchmark and Southern Africa 360 will operate as a unified structure in India, combining Benchmark’s sales strength with Madhuri’s operational leadership to provide the trade with a responsive, knowledgeable, and service-driven support system.
