Centrum Air Launches Direct Hyderabad–Tashkent Service, Strengthening India–Uzbekistan Connectivity

Centrum Air has commenced a new twice-weekly direct passenger service between Hyderabad and Tashkent, strengthening air connectivity between India and Uzbekistan and opening up new opportunities for tourism, business, trade and cultural exchange.

The inaugural flight operated on 28 September 2026, with a launch ceremony held at Hyderabad International Airport Ltd (GHIAL) in association with GMR, customs authorities, senior airport officials and key travel trade stakeholders. With the launch, Hyderabad becomes Centrum Air’s second gateway in India, following its existing Delhi–Tashkent operations.

The new service operates twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays, providing travellers from Hyderabad and across South India with direct access to Uzbekistan. Passengers can also enjoy hot meals onboard, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available.

With Tashkent serving as an important hub for Centrum Air, the new service also provides access to the airline’s wider network across Central Asia and other international markets.

Aeroprime Group supports Centrum Air’s India expansion

As Centrum Air’s Exclusive General Sales Agent (GSA) in India, Aeroprime Group is supporting the airline’s market development and trade engagement across the country.

At the launch, Aeroprime Group highlighted its focus on strengthening Centrum Air’s India presence through local market expertise, established trade relationships and on-ground sales and marketing support.

The new Hyderabad service operates twice weekly and complements Centrum Air’s five weekly flights between New Delhi and Tashkent, taking the airline’s India–Uzbekistan connectivity to seven weekly flights.
